Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms of Service (the "Terms") define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the operator and users in relation to the use of the 'Tonight' service (the "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. 'Tonight Service' refers to an application that utilizes location-based technology to facilitate small-group gatherings and communication at specific times every day.
2. 'User' refers to any individual who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment)

1. These Terms become effective upon posting within the Service or through other means of public notice.
2. The operator may amend these Terms within the scope of applicable laws, and significant changes will be notified via the App at least 7 days prior to implementation.

Article 4 (User Obligations and Prohibitions) Users must not engage in the following acts. Violations may result in service restrictions or legal action:

1. Impersonating others or posting false information.
2. Intentionally interfering with the operation of the Service or damaging the system.
3. Defaming, insulting, harassing, or causing discomfort to others.
4. Threatening others' safety or planning illegal activities during offline meetups.
5. Distributing illegal content or information contrary to social order.

Article 5 (Provision and Modification of Service)

1. The operator strives to provide stable services, including the daily 8 PM matching system.
2. The operator may modify or suspend parts or all of the Service due to technical issues, maintenance, or operational necessity.

Article 6 (Disclaimer Regarding Offline Meetups)

1. This Service supports location-based matching. Users must choose safe, public places for their meetups.
2. The operator is not liable for any physical or mental harm resulting from offline meetings between users. The responsibility for such meetings lies solely with the users, and safety depends on the users' individual caution.
